As promised, we discuss today the global institutions that contend against God and your God-given freedoms. You are the images and representatives of his divine attributes. Consider beloved; God created you fearfully and wonderfully and has a plan for your life as you are. Take courage in this knowledge because the battle is before us. Your enemies include but are not limited to the UN, IMF, IPCC, World Bank, Philanthropists, Global Corporations, and NGOs.

Of those listed above, some are less known. Often these acronymous titles have overlapping responsibilities. For instance, IPCC stands for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. They are a body within the UN. The UN’s “Common Agenda” tandems with the WEF’s “Great Reset” agenda. Additionally, the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) strategizes on foreign policies that ultimately affect freedoms. The CFR administers the David Rockefeller Studies Program—a think tank dedicated to foreign policy. These organizations collaborate because each brings a piece of the global-governance puzzle. As to the diagram, do the Policy Distributors and Enforcers, together, represent the ten kings/leaders discussed in last week’s post? Do they facilitate the dictates of the seven mountains/kings mentioned in Revelation 13 and 17? Are the seven mountains/kings, which I proposed last week, to be seven global organizations listed in the chart as “Policy Makers?” Is Davos, a favored haunt of these elite policymakers, the harlot city of Revelation 17:1? Perhaps it is Geneva, Switzerland, the seat of CERN (in English: European Council for Nuclear Research).

I can’t say for sure, but like you, I am curious about these coalitions. Referring to the chart again, notice that it identifies the top policy-making organization as part of the GPPP (Global Private-Public Partnerships).
What exactly is the GPPP? These partnerships combine private corporations, foundations, media outlets, banking systems, and non-governmental agencies (NGOs) with public governmental agencies like the WHO (Member States), UN, CFR, and National Governments consorting for political purposes. Examples include the United Nations’ financial support to the World Health Organization (WHO) or the WHO’s collaboration with the World Bank through IFFIm (International Facility Finance for Immunizations program). Be assured their collaborative efforts aim for the same mark—centralized global governance.
Furthermore, the WHO, working with its member states (countries), is steering global health programs. Here is Article 21 of the WHO Constitution for private-sector adherence:
Article 21 The Health Assembly shall have authority to adopt regulations concerning: (a) sanitary and quarantine requirements and other procedures designed to prevent the international spread of disease; (b) nomenclatures for diseases, causes of death, and public health practices; (c) standards for diagnostic procedures for international use; (d) standards for the safety, purity, and potency of biological, pharmaceutical and similar products moving in international commerce; (e) advertising and labeling of biological, pharmaceutical and similar products moving in international commerce.
Note the highlighted words: (a) They control global lockdown protocols. (b) They standardize global meanings of words like “pandemic,” titles for diseases, and designate causes of death. (c) They circumvent hands-on diagnostics enforcing PCR tests. (d) They stipulate global medical protocols, eliminating naturopathies, Ivermectin, or similarly proven helps. (e) They dictate the global health narrative through propaganda and label information (no label information!).
Indeed, their wily ways expand, nurtured by new and improved technologies, philanthropic support, and political prowess. You might rightly think, “Many have tried to dominate the world in the past.” True enough, except for the technological advancement of the 21st century. Never before have the elitist ruffians enjoyed ubiquitous collaboration through technologies.
Everything presented here is suppositional and designed to whet the whistle for deeper study and prayer. Meticulous conservative podcasters connect geopolitical dots. Then, it falls to theologians to connect those hard-won data points to spiritual implications. Most on the planet believe in a divine all-encompassing supreme being, and mine is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in Messiah, Yeshua. Naturally, the spiritually minded will ask, “How do these global plans connect to the divine overarching plan?” What biblical and extrabiblical texts give significant points to ponder for end-time global events? To answer these questions next week, I look to the Holy Writ, 1 Enoch, and Jubilees, illuminating insights throughout the biblical period. Also, today’s space did not allow for other theological interpretations, such as the ten kings over ten regions (Rev. 13:1), but I felt it essential to outline the global structure first.
